SNOWGA is a four week program to prep for winter. It will encompass downhill, X-country and ski skating, regular skating and hockey. Throughout the practice we will work on flexibility, strength, balance and core strength to improve your winter sport skills. Simplified breathing techniques enhance concentration and increase endurance on the course. Meditation is practiced to calm the mind, focus and visualize the desired sport outcome. Equipment: Please bring a yoga mat. Please consult a Health Care Professional before starting any new exercise program to help decide if it's right for you.

Yoga is important for the body and the mind. With the stress everyday life, it is easy to lose touch with our own bodies and hearts. Through yoga we can gain perspective of our own lives, find peace, enjoy better health, and feel more wholesome. We hold the key to our own well-being.
