Whether you work at a computer all day or compete in triathlon - everyone can benefit from Pilates. It is a full body conditioning practice, appropriate and beneficial for all ages and fitness levels. Pilates is designed to improve physical strength, flexibility and posture. A consistent practice offers many benefits including leaner muscles and increased core strength and stability. It can also aid in recovering from injury and is a great complement to any fitness regime!

Equipment: You will need a yoga mat and a resistance band.  Ask our office where you can get one!
Recording: This program will be recorded. The recording will be available for 1-week.

Yogalates is a mixture of Pilates and yoga. You get the best of both worlds, gaining core strength with Pilates and flexibility, balance and relaxation with yoga. Combine them together and benefit from lean muscles throughout your body. We’ll start with the basics and work at the pace you are comfortable with. Beginners welcome.

Equipment: You will need a yoga mat and resistance bands.  You may use your own resistance, or contact the office to purchase.
