Mindful Munchkins
2 - 4 Years
Mindful Munchkins is a parent-child program geared towards identifying emotions and how to manage them. So often we forget that our little ones don’t have the language to express how they’re feeling and use actions instead. This six week program will include identifying different emotions, learning about self-regulation, developing problem solving skills, fostering positive self-esteem, and modelling empathy. All of this will take place while building strong and positive parent-child relationships!
Parent or caregiver participation required.
Please note, there is no program on Monday February 20.

Multi-Sport (After School Program) - Starbuck
Grades K - 6
Multisport programs are a way to introduce children to a variety of quality sports and activities. Participation in a range of sports at a young age supports physical literacy development. This foundation of skills, confidence and motivation encourages growth in other developmental areas. A new sport will be introduced every couple of weeks, by our Sport Leaders that will begin to set the groundwork for a lifelong love of sport and an ‘I can play anything!’ attitude. Please bring a nut-free, healthy snack.
Sport Leaders will do a safe walk from Starbuck School to the Starbuck Community Hall where program will take place.
3:30-4:15pm, safe walk from the school to Starbuck Community Hall and snack time
4:15-5:30 pm, Structured Activity
5:30-6:00 pm, Free Play/Parent Pick Up
