Sanford, Winter 2024 Pep In Our Step - Older Adult Exercises!

Join us for these gentle exercises that can help you maintain muscle, strength and improve mobility. Agnes will lead the group using 1 lbs weights and stretchy bands. These exercises can be done standing or seated. Program takes place in the Sanford Legion

Equipment: Please wear comfortable clothing and footwear.

Please consult a Health Care Professional before starting any new exercise program to help decide if it's right for you.

A PARQ form MUST be filled out and handed to your instructor prior to starting the program.
