Spring 2020 Gentle Yoga FACEBOOK LIVE ONLINE

Enjoy this free program LIVE on our Facebook Page!  If you cannot make the class time all of the class videos will be saved to our Facebook page to view again and again!

This gentle yoga practice stretches the large muscles of the legs, arms and back increasing flexibility, improving circulation and reducing stress throughout the body. Using deep, slow breaths pushes fresh blood and oxygen to the brain and vital organs while holding yoga poses strengthens muscles to improve balance, flexibility and posture. Gentle yoga can be practiced from the mat or chair. Each individual can choose the options that best suits their limitations and strengths or just enjoy resting poses that relax and stretch the entire body. You will need a yoga mat.
