Oak Bluff, Summer 2020 Fitness in the Park Summer Session
Join Marci in the park for a fun 60-minute workout that will include cardio, strength, balance, coordination, power and mobility. No class is ever the same and you will leave feeling great! All fitness levels welcome. Please bring a mat and dumbbells (8 lb and 15 lb.) Modifications can be given for different or no weight.
Zoom classes will be held on days when weather is too bad to hold class outside! Details to follow.
*We are closely following the recommendations of Public Health and the Government of Manitoba regarding physical/social distancing and protocols to ensure everyone's safety. Please ensure proper hand-washing before and after program. If you are sick or have a fever, for the safety of yourself and others we ask that you stay home.
