Meet Your Instructor

LeAnne Humphreys

LeAnne is a certified Yoga teacher formally trained in Restorative, Yin, Hatha Alignment and Power Flow.

She has been teaching for over 11 years. With the combination of her training and experience she has has been able to offer classes suitable for all levels of practice from chair yoga, yoga for seniors, family yoga as well as hot yoga, gentle yoga for beginners and both office and community center classes. She has also developed and hosted a number of yoga and meditation workshops and events.

LeAnne understands the importance of how yoga can help reduce mental-emotional stress while at the same time keep the body healthy and feeling good.

The perfect class for anyone interested in yoga! This practice will be an introduction to classic yoga poses. Working through a warm up, breathing, sun salutations, twists and bends, partner work and games will be explored.

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Please bring a yoga mat for each participant.
