Yoga For Men is a specialized multi-level class designed to introduce male students to the many benefits of yoga. Students will be able to develop strength and endurance, improve balance and flexibility, increase range of motion, as well as cultivate relaxation techniques to help manage the demands and stresses of daily life. Bring an open mind and your sense of humor! Don't over think it - this class is for you!
Please bring a yoga mat and wear loose comfortable clothing.
*Please note there will be no class on October 11 or November 8.
COVID-19 Health & Safety Protocols
- As per Public Health orders, registered participants will be required to show proof of full immunization against COVID-19.
- As per Public Health orders, participants must wear a mask while inside this facility. Masks may be removed during physical activity, while in your designated space (i.e., yoga mat, exercise space, chair, etc.).
In the event that Public Health restrictions change and in-person programs are no longer possible, programs will transition to an online format where possible. Refunds will only be considered in limited circumstances.
