Yoga for Golfers incorporates traditional yoga asanas or poses into an efficient, comprehensive training beneficial for physical golf performance. Throughout the practice we work on flexibility, strength, balance and core strength to improve your golf game. Simplified breathing techniques enhance concentration and increase endurance on the course. Meditation is practiced to calm the mind, focus and visualize the desired golf specific outcome. Get into the "swing" this season before you even hit the course!
