Walking with Urban Poles offers so many benefits—boost your balance, reduce joint pain, strengthen your core, improve posture, and enjoy a great cardio workout! Whether indoors (with clean indoor shoes) or outdoors (where the group plans routes together), you’ll have a supportive community to keep you motivated. Poles are available to borrow, so there’s no need to bring your own.
