This fun, active class introduces kids to the basics of Ultimate Frisbee through simple skills, movement games, and lots of playtime. Participants learn how to throw, catch, and work together as a team in a supportive, non-competitive environment. Each session includes warm-ups, skill-building activities, and short, easy-to-follow scrimmages. Perfect for beginners, this program focuses on teamwork, confidence, and having fun while staying active indoors.
