Level II Softball Umpire
Second year officials have the option of remaining a Level I official for a second year or advancing to the Level II clinic. The Level II clinic requires participants to attend approximately 8 hours of clinic instruction (either on two nights or one full day) that includes both on field and classroom training. Participants must complete a written exam and achieve a minimum of 70% to obtain their certification.
Level II Softball Umpire Re-certification
Current Level II umpires are strongly encouraged to attend a refresher course (approximately four hours) involving classroom and on field training (the second half of the Level I/II clinic for new umpires).
