Courtney Stelmack

Stepping onto the mat for the first time in 2007, Courtney knew she could always turn to yoga to reset. After years in project management, she needed something new, and did some soul searching in Mexico. An idea was born - The Yoga Escape - a simple way to bring mindfulness into travel and nourishing the spirit at home and abroad. She completed her RYT-200 hour training from Outbound Yoga in Calgary, AB, with additional training in Yin, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra disciplines. Courtney blends her passion for creating inclusive classes with a love of travel—drawing inspiration from cultures, rituals, and adventures from around the world—while offering accessible sequences that help students build strength and flexibility at any stage of their practice. Move mindfully through a blend of standing and floor poses in this slower-paced Vinyasa class. You’ll build strength, flexibility, and balance with a steady, intentional flow that’s both accessible and engaging. Expect a moderate challenge with plenty of options and modifications to meet you where you are. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice there is space for all experience levels.
