Restorative Yoga is a beginner friendly class. We will move the body through a series of longer held postures (primarily on the floor) supported by props such as yoga blocks and straps (provided). The intention of Restorative Yoga is to find greater ease in the body so you can enjoy life more fully by working towards relieving your pain, stiffness and related stress. We will target areas that commonly hold stress such as back, hips, shoulders and neck.
