Exercises to Support Bone Health
Join our 45-minute Strength & Balance class to enhance your fitness with a focus on strengthening and stability. The class begins with a warm-up and incorporates weights and resistance bands to target the upper body, lower body, and core. We also include standing balance poses and some impact exercises to support bone health.
Program Details:
- Warm-Up: Start with a gentle warm-up to prepare the body.
- Strength Training: Use weights and resistance bands to work on upper body, lower body, and core strength.
- Balance Exercises: Incorporate standing balance poses and impact exercises for bone strength.
- Modifications: Practice from a chair or while holding a chair for stability. Modifications are provided for all fitness levels.
