Step away from your desk and give your body the break it needs. This midday yoga class is designed to counteract hours of sitting with purposeful movement that opens tight hips, mobilizes the spine, and releases tension in the shoulders and neck.
The flow builds gentle heat to boost circulation and energy, followed by a cool-down so you can return to work refreshed and focused. An optional mindfulness session at the end offers a final reset for your nervous system before heading back into the day.
Midday movement can improve posture, mental clarity, and afternoon productivity.
Open to all levels. No yoga experience needed.
