If you've ever tried running alone, you know it can be difficult to get the motivation to put those sneakers on. This program is for anyone who wants to start their running journey, return to running, or is looking for the social benefits of running in a group! This group will run 5KM once per week. The format will be 10 min run : 1 min walk.
