Winter 2021 Good Morning Fitness

Start your day off feeling great, as you challenge your entire body! This fitness class will alternate between technique-based workouts and H.I.I.T (high intensity interval training). The technique-based circuit workout will focus on correct form, as you learn how to properly perform compound exercises such as squats, push ups and lunges. You will be pushed to challenge all areas, as you focus on balance, stability and mobility, while the H.I.I.T sessions will be timer-based circuits with a high paced energy.
All classes offer exercise options and variations for all fitness levels. 

Participants will need a light to heavy resistance band and a set of gliders (can substitute with paper plates or a small towel). Yoga mats can be used but are not necessary during the class.
