Join Lorraine for a gentle yoga practice!
This class starts in a seated position on a chair or mat in Yin style long held poses which stretch the stiff tissues of the body especially the hip & shoulder joints, the spine and all the attached ligaments.
We stand behind the chair & practice balance poses to strengthen the lower body, sit for core muscles work & end with relaxation in savasana from the chair or floor.
Equipment: You will need to bring a yoga mat.
