Sanford, Spring 2024 Fusion Fitness
A hybrid strength and conditioning class using aerobic exercises, plyometric movements, circuit training, and yoga. This class is designed to improve posture, build whole body strength (legs, chest, back, arms and core), improve flexibility and reduce stress.
Equipment: You will need to bring a yoga mat, water bottle, sweat towel and indoor shoes. Dumbbells, Bosu balls, body bars, TRX, medicine balls and agility ladders are available on site!
