A hybrid strength and conditioning class using aerobic exercise, plyometric movements, circuit training, and yoga designed to improve posture, build whole body strength (legs, chest, back, arms and core), improve flexibility and reduce stress.
You will need 1 - 2 sets of dumbbells and a light to medium resistance band.

- As per Public Health orders, registered participants will be required to show proof of full immunization against COVID-19.
- As per Public Health orders, participants must wear a mask while inside this facility. Masks may be removed during physical activity, while in your designated space (i.e., yoga mat, exercise space, chair, etc.).
In the event that Public Health restrictions change and in-person programs are no longer possible, programs will transition to an online format where possible. Refunds will only be considered in limited circumstances.
