Come learn kickboxing in a fun, friendly environment! This program is designed for adults (ages 13 and up) of all skill levels, fitness levels, and goals. Whether you want to build self-confidence, learn self-defense, or get into great shape, kickboxing is for you.
Program Details:
- Cardio Fitness: Enhance your overall cardio health and core strength through engaging workouts.
- Kickboxing Skills: Learn a diverse set of kickboxing techniques taught through various drills focusing on power, strength, agility, and speed.
- Beginner Friendly: By the end of the program, all participants will have a solid understanding and ability in introductory kickboxing.
- Bring a Partner: Invite a friend, spouse, or teen to join you! Signing up with someone you know is encouraged as many activities are partner-based.
- Solo Participants Welcome: If you prefer to come alone, you are welcome to sign up and pair up with someone in each class.
