Meet Your Instructor

Shawna Lapointe

Hi! I'm Shawna, a full-time teacher, mom of 4, and the owner and founder of Too Busy Livin'. I've always loved to cook and be creative in the kitchen, but when I had kids, I felt like it was such a chore! Breakfast, clean-up, snack, clean-up, lunch, clean-up, snack, clean-up, supper, clean-up. There had to be a better way!

I made it my personal goal to not have my kids suck the joy out of feeding my family and my favorite hobby. I found ways to be more efficient and prevent having to spend entire days in the kitchen. The result was more free time to spend on me, on this new business venture, and on my family, without feeling guilty or stressed out about how I was spending my time.

I know that you will see these benefits too, as soon as you take action on your goals and implement the strategies you'll learn in this guide.

Learn how to make cocktail/mocktail syrups and shrubs from fruit and fresh herbs. Everyone will go home with a syrup and a shrub in this hands-on workshop. A recipe booklet will be provided.
