Oak Bluff, Winter 2024 Cardio, Core & Strength

This fun 60 minute class will include strength, cardio, balance, coordination, power and mobility.  Come and increase your heart rate and strength while Marci blasts the tunes! All fitness levels are welcome as modifications will be given.

Equipment: You will need to bring a yoga mat, water bottle, sweat towel and indoor shoes. All other fitness equipment is provided. 

Please consult a Health Care Professional before starting any new exercise program to help decide if it's right for you.
