This fun 60 minute class will include strength, cardio, balance, coordination, power and mobility. Come and increase your heart rate and strength while Marci blasts the tunes! All fitness levels are welcome as modifications will be given.
Equipment: You will need a yoga mat and a set of dumbbells.
