Winter 2021 Cardio, Core & Strength

This fun 60 minute class will include strength, cardio, balance, coordination, power and mobility. All fitness levels are welcome as modifications will be given. You will need a yoga mat and a set of dumbbells.

**Please Note: Cardio, Core Strength will return to in person classes in Oak Bluff as soon as Public Health restrictions are removed. Registered participants will be notified.

Please consult a Health Care Professional before starting any new exercise program to help decide if it's right for you.
