This fun 60 minute class will include strength, cardio, balance, coordination, power and mobility. All fitness levels are welcome as modifications will be given.
Please bring a yoga mat, resistance band and 2 sets of dumbbells if you have them. Equipment loans may be arranged upon request. Please let us know when you register!
