Health & Safety Guidelines Recreation Programs - September 3, 2021
Proof of Immunization Requirement:
Current public health orders outline specific activities that require participants to be fully immunized. To attend these MHRD programs, proof of immunization will be required. Please see COVID-19 Health & Safety Plan: Recreation Programs (September 3, 2021) for more information.
Self-Screening for COVID-19:
Participants MUST self-screen for COVID-19 symptoms prior to entering a program site. If you or someone in your home is showing any signs of illness please stay home. If you attend a site with any signs of illness, you will be refused from the site. Please use the following resources to self-screen for COVID-19 symptoms:
