October 30, 2020 - Based on the announcement by MB Public Health, the Winnipeg Metropolitan Area has been moved to Red (Critical) on the Pandemic Response System. The Metropolitan Area includes the Macdonald-Headingley Recreation District. Effective today, October 30th, all MHRD in person programming is cancelled until further notice. We will notify you if we are able to provide your program online.
This is a big reminder for everyone to be doing their part! Stay home when you can, wear masks in public buildings, do not go out when you are sick, socially distance and wash your hands often!
Covid-19 Screening Checklist - Participants must fill out COVID-19 screening forms prior to entering a program site. This must be completed before every class. If you or someone in your home is showing any signs of illness (sore throat, fever, headache, stomach pains, vomiting, diarrhea) please stay home. If you attend a site with any signs of illness, you will be refused from the site.
Children's Health Assessment Form - Families must fill out COVID-19 screening forms for each child prior to entering a program site. If your child or someone in your home is showing any signs of illness (sore throat, fever, headache, stomach pains, vomiting, diarrhea) please keep them home. If children attend a site with any signs of illness, they will be refused from the site.
