GEMS Lunch & Learn!

We are collaborating with the Macdonald Services to Seniors GEMS program to bring you a Lunch & Learn!

Reading nutrition labels can be confusing! But learning how to read and understand the label can help you make healthier choices - join us to learn tips and tricks to decoding all of that information!

Come for lunch and stay for the presentation. GEMS is a Macdonald Services to Seniors lunch program held each week at Starbuck Hall on Wednesdays and at Sanford Legion on Thursdays beginning at Noon. A delicious lunch is only $8. This provides great food in a fun and friendly atmosphere, the opportunity to visit with old friends and make new ones. Please call Leanne at 204.735.3052 the Monday prior to reserve your space and order lunch.
