Online, Summer 2021 Slow Flow Yoga

Join us for a slow flow yoga practice every Monday to breathe and move in community. Press pause on your day to create space within - physically, mentally & emotionally.

Each week we will have a different focus for our practice to invite strength and length within the body - hip & leg opening, heart opening, core and deep twisting. Leave feeling renewed and refreshed for your day. This practice is beginner friendly and modifications and variations are provided. Come as you are!

You will need a yoga mat and we use the support of props in many poses to support and enhance our practice. Don't have props? Don't worry! Get creative with some household items to use instead! We can help you with some suggestions.
