Register Online

10 - 12 Years

Grab a stick and join the fun! Kids can enjoy a structured warm-up and some non-competitive hockey in a fun and relaxed environment. All players must supply a helmet with face protector, neck protector, gloves, shin pads & hockey stick.

Please be aware that Hit the Ice will be a 3 on 3 setting this year, to ensure physical distancing guidelines are followed. Please do not arrive more than 10-minutes early for your session. Please come dressed in as much equipment as possible, to minimize the amount of time spent in the dressing room. Only one parent per child will be permitted in the dressing room. Siblings are not permitted in the dressing rooms. Parents may watch from the bleachers however there will be no access to the canteen/viewing area. Parents must maintain social distancing on the bleachers. Please exit the arena immediately following your session.

This change is consistent with the Long Term Player Development Model developed by Sport Canada and adopted by Hockey Canada and Hockey Manitoba. This approach focuses on optimal skill development and provides each player with the best opportunity to participate, develop their skills and have fun!

Open to kids not registered in a Hockey MB or Ringette MB program. Installment or postdated payments accepted. Individual accident/injury insurance encouraged. Please download the Hit the Ice Waiver online and bring the completed form to the first class. Everyone on ice MUST be wearing a helmet. Age groupings subject to change.

Please let us know if you are able to volunteer your time as a coach or helper. We can't run this program without you!

Please note there will be no program December 25th & January 1st.
