Oak Bluff Arena Public Skating Sundays beginning in November, 1:45 - 2:45 Fridays 6:45 pm - 7:45 pm Family Free Skate Oak Bluff Arena Thursdays, November 3 - February 2012 Free Skate 2:00 - 2:30 With Sticks & Pucks 2:30 - 3:00 No skating over Christmas break. Oak Bluff Early Years The Oak Bluff Early Years (OBEY) is a non-profit, government licensed facility. OBEY creates an environment where children are encouraged to develop their social behavior and self esteem. The OBEY program offers a balanced blend of structured learning and play in a safe and caring environment where children are able to develop new skills. The early years program is open to children between the ages of 3 to 5 years and includes an after-school program which is open to children between the ages of 3 to 12 years old. Program is available Monday to Friday and allows you to pick the days that suit your schedule.
