Macdonald-Headingley Recreation District does not systematically collect any information about the identity of individuals searching our site. When you register for a program, Macdonald-Headingley Recreation District collects and retains the following:

• In the case of fitness classes, pertinent health information.
• It may be necessary to request children's ages for participation in specific programs.

We collect and retain only the minimum amount of information required to provide valued programs and services.  Your personal information may be used for the following general purposes:

• When registering for a program, your contact information is required for confirmation & cancellations of classes.
• Program instructors will be given class lists with your contact information in the event of class cancellations.
• To process your requests for services/programs or further information.
• To understand, develop and/or enhance your program, service and information needs or concerns.
• To send you Macdonald-Headingley Recreation District program guides, newsletters, receipts, statements, etc.

It is important to us that we collect, use or disclose your information where we have your consent to do so.
